This photo is most precious photo I have it gives me strength and appreciate how precious life is. My nan has stage 4 lung cancer and paraneoplastic syndrome disease which causes her not do anything for herself she's in a home and she's only 60. My nan got told she had 6 months left to live 3 years ago and she's still hear. She's amazing and I am blessed she got to see her first great grand child.

@chesscalouise thank you hun sometimes life is just not fair on people. My nan has never doing anything wrong to anyone and she's the one who is suffering but she still has a smile on her face xx
