I'm 1.5 cenameters dialited :) baby's heartbeat is in the 130s but what does it mean when my ob says my baby's is in the 30% tile??

it’s your child’s size compared to other children their age

Not necessarily and even if he is small it doesn't matter as long as he's healthy. My boy was only 6lb 15oz and very healthy at birth.
