@debdeb1 he will feel it, my bf said it pokes. Small price to pay, we're the ones that have to deal with all the side effects of any birth control. If it doesn't feel right let them know, what works for me might not work for everyone. You will be fine, heads up it does hurt a bit when getting it put in. Take some Tylenol before or after you will get cramping after.. goes away the next day. And be patient, spotting will last a while.. also depends on your body if it completely gets rid of your period. Good luck!! If you have any questions feel free to message me.
Thank you for the feedback 💙 I just had mine placed yesterday and so far so good I've been spotting a little but that is it. @momof2prince how did they adjust it if you don't mind me asking?
Forgot to mention you partner will feel the string for the first 2 or 3 months until it softens. So just take it easy well more him then you. My bf didn't careless and the string nicked him. Now we're good he doesn't feel it anymore
I got my iud in October so far so good, I spotted for about 2 months and my period was gone after that.. I spot her and there but nothing like a normal period.no complaints so far, and I'm not pregnant again so it works lol
I had one for five years after my first son I had to have it adjusted when I first got it my partner say he could feel the string but loved it for a long term option
