I get pains, and stiffness where i got mine too. But im pretty sure thats just one of the possibilitys of getting it. Im pretty sure its in the paper you had to signe to get it

Don’t sue the doctor,

For one you signed the papers and knew the consequences, for two—- it could just be how your body reacted and not that the doctor “messed up”. And for three— there is still hope! Sometimes it takes a good year or so before everything heals after child birth.

You can’t sue because you signed the paperwork stating the possibility of complications. Water therapy can bring some relief. Good luck.

Oh and you had twins!! Please tell me you didn’t think your back would ever be the same after carrying twins...?

My daughter is one and I still have back trouble. I have to sleep with a pillow under my back for relief most nights. Never crossed my mind to sue because I BEGGED for that epidural, I signed the papers stating the side effects. If he would've given it "wrong" it would have paralyzed you (another side effect we over look for relief).

@brownsugarluv that's not correct, if they were negligent you can still sue regardless of signing any waiver. Just because you signed doesn't mean you can't sue, they just want you to think that.

You can try to sue anyone for anything. 🤷🏽‍♀️ But after 9 months it would be pretty hard to prove negligence. (She would have to prove it happened at delivery and it wasn’t a previous injury.)

First and foremost getting diagnosed and starting treatment would be most beneficial for obvious health reasons but also for a paper trail. @kkillgorefamily,

Well I never signed anything before having my epidural. I didn't ask for it either. I wasn't given a choice because they had to pull my daughter out since my son had died just to try and save my daughter's life. Also when they first tried to put the epidural in, the guy said " oops" and then said he had to start over because he forgot something... whatever that means. And I thought an epidural was only supposed to make you numb from the hips down? Whatever they gave me, I couldn't move my whole body from 11:15pm till 7:27am. Well, except for the shaking that I couldn't control. I know that it's different for everyone, but I didn't think it would have been this bad.

I’m so sorry for your loss. That is a nightmare. Nobody should go through that. I couldn’t imagine twins the first go around and then a labor and delivery story like that is probably more than just physical trauma.. The mental and emotional trauma must be intense.

If your going to make a move you should do it ASAP.

Being pregnant with twins should have put you high risk. If they treated you with any less care I’d definitely talk to a lawyer.
