In need of some help, how do y'all feel about a safety "leash" for your child when at the mall, store, etc.?? My son is one years old and def. likes being a 'Big Boy' but even the stroller and shopping cart for him gets boring and he wants to walk along side mommy. I know many people have feelings towards putting their child on a "leash" but I see it as a safety measure and I don't mind him walking around but he's def a wanderer.

I don’t see anything wrong with it. We had one for my daughters hAlf brother. We took him to a thing called Percy’s Day Out And it required a lot of walking and It worked so great. He could roam and walk freely but you knew you always had a hand on him . I plan to get one for my daughter for those type of things.
In bigger places like the mall I see it as safer. I just hate seeing kids in their back yard or a small neighborhood park with them. Defeats the purpose of playing in my opinion
All kids are different. If that's what u feel u need to keep your kid safe, use it

How do you ladies feel about the child harness or leash as some ppl call it. One was bought for me at my baby shower. Thoughts on this product?
Everyone is in such a tissie about who spanks their child who cares everyone has a difference in opinion you know what I disagree with child leashes I cringe when I see one but I would never attack someone for their choice to use it get over yourself you shoving your opinion down someone’s throat will not change what they decide to do.
Car seat safety
Is anybody else crazy about car seat safety like I am ? I feel like it's important to educate ourselves on what's acceptable and what's not, but I guess not everyone feels that way.

He has one. I don't use it often because in crowded places I prefer the stroller, but it has its advantages. I've used it at the museum, the mall, a fair, and plan to use it at the airport this summer. Especially now that he's getting older.
