How much do you moms pay for babysitting?! For y’all who babysit how much do you charge?!! Just trying to get a ball…

It depends on the child’s age I think

@mimimommyof2, A lot of place do charge based off age, the smaller the baby Is the more expensive. I know someone who is willing to watch her (also looking for other people who can) for a couple hours a day 3 days a week and I’m trying to figure out a respectable amount to pay without going broke in the process

It depends. I've charged $50 for 3 hours because it was last minute and messed up my plans. Plus the child was under a year old. I ended up getting cash plus a very expensive bottle of wine that I have yet to open.

I pay my babysitter around $400 every 2 weeks but she keeps him from 4am-4pm at times she also feeds him and buy him clothes

If she’s coming to your house, starting rate here is 10.00 an hr and that’s the minimum. It tends to be less if you’re dropping of at their place.

@ymoreno16, that sounds reasonable considering the time. There’s a girl in my class that doesn’t mind watching her while she watches her cousin, which is the same age as my daughter and she says I can pay her whatever I’m comfortable with. I can’t afford much she’ll have her for max 5 hours a day for about 3 days out of the week and said 300 for the month is fine but I just don’t want to short change her. I’ve never had to worry about it until now

@maritza4danny, 😯😯 a day?! I wish it was more babysitters like that. I know they don’t want to under charge especially if they’re really good but DANG ya girl has a small budget 😂
