Does anyone else have closet eating kids? After we go to bed my step kids eat everything in sight. I feed them breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. They are both overweight so I’ve been trying to portion control and don’t keep a lot of junk in the house but they will find anything that is somewhat unhealthy to put their bodies. How do we stop this? They both have pre diabetes, more worried about their health than anything.

Sounds like you need to not keep food in your room and put a lock on the fridge
@cbrebelkat, I also have a stash in my room I have to keep moving bc they will go in looking for it when I’m outside working on the years 😒
@cbrebelkat, I don’t either...I’ve found them eating stuff like condiments .... bbq sauce and ranch .... like drinking it out of the bottle 😳😟
I just don't buy junk food and if I make something sweet it's where he can't get to it
They are 8 and 12! I wish the just could respect our rules :(
School fees
Having an intense debate on Facebook about school fees for public school. I'm in the "stop whining about school fees and stop having kids if you can't afford them" camp and there is the other camp of "free school is a constitutional right! It's bull s*** we have to pay anything at all".

Okay guys i need some help. My fiance and i both just hit the 200 lb mark and we are the heaviest we have ever been. We talked last night and agreed we need to change our eating habbits. I would like to do keto but we just cant afford it right now. Im gunna be doing some grocery shopping tomorrow and need some healthy affordable meal ideas. And snacks too. We are both snackers and i need to find healthy things to snack on instead of the junk we normally snack on.
