Okay what kind of doctor appointment are you supposed to have after you have a baby?? My sons grandma was AGAIN bitching at me because I never had an appointment where they checked me out after I had my son.
I went to see my doctor a week after I gave birth just for them to make sure my blood pressure was okay.
They never looked at me, poked me, or anything like that.
Again I had my son June 30, 2017... All natural, no drugs at all. And just a few stitches.
What was supposed to happen?

I got checked a week after but I had complications after delivering so they wanted to make sure everything was still in place. Then I had my 6 week pp check where my doctor did a pelvic exam and felt my pushed on my stomach to make sure my uterus was still in place and to make sure it went back to normal size.
You’re supposed to have a 6 week check up so they can see how you’re doing physically and emotionally
@mrs.swan110916 I guess she figured they would have done something like that to me. They just told me all they had to check was my blood pressure a week after I had my son. They never said anything about any kind if 6 week check up, or anything. So now I'm wondering if everything went back to normal, but then I gained alot of weight after I had my son. I was 125lbs before I had him, I was like 145 when I had him, and then went up to 189 not long after. Its a freaking nightmare. I dont even eat that much. I've never been so fat
