What's the best position to sleep? I sleep on my left and right side but It always get numb. Help .
Sides only. Don’t sleep on your back as it cuts off air supply to your baby!
I’ve always been told to sleep however you feel comfortable, your body knows when it needs to switch. I actually just stoped sleeping on my stomach a few weeks ago

Babygirl knocked out sleep
Co sleeping...yay or nay? Lately Molly hasn't want to sleep in her crib and sleep with us. Which is fine but we do want her to sleep in her crib
@breyannagardner, what I do is lay on my side and stick as much of the comforter under my back and then lean backwards a bit to get supported. That way I’m not all the way on my side or on my back. I wouldn’t lay on the baby at all. My baby kicks me immediately if I’m even pinching him a bit. Lol
