My depression has been getting the better of me here lately, I've been trying to fight it but it's hard. I have no insurance so getting professional help isn't going to happen. All of the crazy I have to deal with with my kids and my SDs mom is making everything worse. I try my best to deal with the everyday stuff like cooking and cleaning but even that is overwhelming some days. I'm hoping getting into a new house in a new town will help. But that's not going to happen till May.

You don't need insurance to get help. Many mental health facilities don't require it to get help. You can also talk to a pastor or anyone in the church to help you find some peace amongst the madness.

@lovelily most places that offer free help is government funded and because I'm consider "non compliant" with madicade they can't help me. I'm "no compliant" because I won't put my son's dad on child support. I don't want him to have any part in my son's life. He's an alcoholic drug addict.

@tiredmom I know this won't fix things; but if you lock yourself in the bathroom and skip to the 7-minute mark, I'm pretty sure it will make you smile.
