I'd stick to meds as baby is so little and only 1 I know is plain yogurt and well can't do that yet

Check out gentian violet.

Coconut oil. Just a dab on your nipple or the bottle. Do it during each feeding and it'll go a way in a week or so, I guess depending on how bad it is.

For my son, it took about a week.

That's the one I used for him and it lasts a long time.

@teebear74 it's a dye that like a fungus and bacteria. Works great for thrush. Only downside is that it's purple.

@teebear74 it's only a couple bucks. I've seen it between 2 and 4 dollars.
