Stay away from the gummies there more sugar then vitamin my doctor said I also take the nature made plus dha love them they have the most dha in them available

@blessed2018w9, I’m not a fan of the gummies. I was comparing a bunch of vitamins to the naturemade. I feel like naturemade beats all others with the dha but has a lot lower in the other vitamins.
