The way my nurse said it is if you can text or call and talk then they probably are just Braxton Hicks.

@blessedmama2018, start a stop watch from the time your stomach stops tightening to the time it starts again and write how many minutes pass do it three or four times to see how close together they come and go. Count how many seconds they last so how long does your stomach stay tight for as well.
