The lock is frozen shut and i cant get out the house to work .... i feel so bad but i genuinly cant help it

@stephnthomas320 ive tried the lot, deicer hot water and put a lighter to it nothings working

Pour a little bit hot water on if you can. It worked for for this morning with our lock x
