Living with Depression:
It seems this time of year (or at least I’m blaming it on that😳) really stirs up my depression. Ive been thinking about things that shouldn’t be going through my thoughts. So instead of dwelling more and more today, I thought I would share with you what it’s like to live with depression💯
Now let’s be honest first off, everyone has different experiences I’m sure but this is MY story✨
Have you ever felt that gut feeling like someone was going to call you and tell you something was wrong or someone died? That’s the anxiety part of it. So you go ahead and call, everyone.. just to find out nothing is wrong🙌🏻 Instead of feeling happy, which you should, you feel depressed because you don’t t understand the feelings you are feeling and now you are worried the family is worried too😳 Is your mind spinning yet? Well that’s what a depressed mind does.
About 3 years ago I was explained what depression was and that’s when I decided to reach out for help. I have cried because I’ve felt sad. For reasons I couldn’t explain.. I’ve cried even MORE because the fact I was crying in the first place. I’ve felt a mess multiple of times. Wondered how I would keep it together, be on time, show up at all, etc. I try fighting myself and try to make myself believe I don’t live with depression. I get more depressed when I think about how blessed I am and how I have ZERO reasons to feel the way I feel. I feel guilty. I’ve felt like the worst mom, the worst daughter, the worst wife, and so on. Sometimes the depression gets the best of me.
Over the years after doing lots of research, getting others personal experience stories, and “trying” to understand it myself I’ve learned one important thing, to always be nice. People who live with depression don’t ask for it. Just like everyone else, we all have our good and bad days so be kind. The smallest smile, compliment, and positive gestures could turn someone’s nightmare into sunshine☀️ I’ve learned the best things in life are free. Giving hope to someone who doesn’t have it, free. Being a shoulder to cry on, free. A listening ear, free. A hand to hold, free. A smile, free. A wave, free. Letting someone go in front of you, free. Giving back is one of the best feelings and it’s honestly what helps me with my depression the most! However when others do these things to me, you have no idea how it affects me but I’ll tell you, it’s in a positive way!!💯 So I ask you, today, tomorrow, and try to every other day, be nice!

I need to ask someone this have you literally regret having a child with someone. I love my daughter with all my heart but I really regret ever being with her dad.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
For those of you that live near a PF Chang’s.

Ladies...have you ever been friends with someone for a long time? I’m talking about years! But as you got older and both of y’all lives changed y’all kinda drifted apart? Less phone calls? Less texts? There is no hard feelings we just don’t talk like we used to. I guess it’s to be expected! Maybe we are not meant to be in each others lives as the new phases begin! Let me know if you have been through it! How did you feel about it? I’m ok I’m not much of a person that likes to always be the first...
