Does anyone elses breastfed baby not like to be put down at all? It's impossible at night no matter what I put him in he's 2.5 weeks... He wakes up almost instantly my other 2 weren't breastfed and they loved their swing and slept in the bassinet no problem at night. Any suggestions?
Thank you everyone! It's been like this since we left the hospital. And immediately as soon as I get him he passes out. And yes I have sleep sacks and Velcro swaddles I use every night I'm not complaining about it, I was just wondering if breastfed babies cling onto mom a little more. I'm going to try the shirt idea I was thinking about it!
We bought my daughter these “sleep sacks” from carters and she LOVES them. We used to swaddle her too when she was a newborn and it helped. She slept in her bassinet next to me. She nursed often. We also bought a sounds spa which helps her sleep. She now sleeps on her own through the night.
Swaddling, tuck something that smells like you in the mattress where baby sleeps, you’re also in a developmental stone around this time so it’s common for baby to nurse often, and cling to you.
Wrap a tank top that smells like you under his jammies and see if that helps we did that with our son
When can i put cereal in my sons night bottle?
Parents of toddlers do you give them a bath every night before putting them to bed or every other night?
omg ladies have any of you tried putting Lenor tumble dryer sheets in your cushion covers 😍😍 if not you need to. I put one in every little cushion last night an 2 in every big cushion an they now smell like totally nice 😍😍😍
@gvarra92, yeah they are definitely more clingy took a little bit to get her used to sleeping in her bed
