My little one woke up with this rash all over him...not sure if it’s from laundry detergent, baby soap, or what?

I just left the doctor and she said it’s just a normal newborn rash that a lot of babies get between birth and 10 days old

Looks like a heat rash to me.

He’s not

Is he on any meds.
