So im just sitting bed and a Trickle of water comes out idk if its my water or not because I've never had my water to break before

@mrsdejean32, i would say yes your water broke then. Stand up and bend over if fluid comes out it’s probably your water

@braindeadmama i keep feeling it it's not a constant flow but it goes and comes

That’s how mine broke. But it never stopped coming out after that

Mine was such a slow trickle an little amount I thought it was just more and part of my mucus plug so I would go an at least get checked to see if I were you. When I went they kept me 😊
