Any suggestions on how to pump more milk for a 34 week premie baby 🍼 I been pumping milk for 3 days now I get more and more everyday but not enough for the baby. He’s drinking formula and I don’t want him too.

But I will add, be careful when using boosters such a fenugreek it can have reverse effect and slow supply. Just drink plenty water, Gatorade and eat healthy. Oatmeal has helped some women but the main thing is to eat and drink and pump or nurse often.
@0816mommy, thank you but I’m doing great now I just had to be patient because now I’m pumping a lot and I feel great. No more formula for my sweets 💙. Now I just have to have him latch on and I hope that goes well
MILKFLOW products I got fenugreek pills (plus it has a few other galactagogues in it.. those are things that help you produce milk) and a chocolate drink powder mix you can put it in hot or cold water or milk I always put it in hot milk it tastes JUST like Swiss miss hot cocoa I swear! brewers yeast..oatmeal.. oatmeal cookies. But I really just took my prenatal, the fenugreek pill a couple times a day, and drank the hot chocolate stuff.. and sometimes I had tea too (brands that are good are mothers milk and stork tea)
@roguemommyofjx3, my baby is being greedy there giving him formula and my breast milk but they said my milk is enough but he seems like he’s still hungry

You may be making enough. Have you checked with your pediatrician and lactation consultant?
Just keep doing what you’re doing. Your body will increase your production slowly. If you pump too much, you’ll end up engorged and sore. Also your milk takes a few days to come in. I was pumping when my son was in the NICU for three days. I didn’t get my milk in until we went home from the hospital on day 4 or 5. Every woman is different. Don’t stress too much. Drink plenty of water! ☺️

what works better to get more milk? A hand pump or a electric pump?
My breast are heavy and full with milk but when I squeeze nothing comes out and when I try to pump nothing is pumped into the breast pump its like I have milk but its stuck and wont come out...any tips or help on this.. i really would like to breastfeed my daughter....
Breastfeeding moms: so I am planning on going on a 3 day vacation with my hubby & a bunch of friends to Catalina in May, (my baby won't be going with us) and I do not wanna be pumping and dumping every 2 hours out there.. so if I don't pump or breastfeed for 3-4 days, will my milk supply drop significantly? 😩😩 & I don't know how I'm gonna deal with the engorgement pain if I can't find time to pump out there.
took me 10 minutes to pump this from both breast after feeding Ethan for 25 minutes. My milk supply is going crazy yesterday I pumped 8 bottles my milk stash is going to be great
So I read that nipple stimulation and pumping can help start labor.. If I pump colostrum will my milk come in? I don't wanna pump all the colostrum away before my baby gets here
@0816mommy, yea I don’t need any fenugreek because my milk is coming in great because I’m eating oatmeal in the morning and I drink Gatorade and water and I eat fruit too. So I’m actually happy about that.
