Eating a jerky stick...is this safe???😂 I’m suppose to heat my lunch meat before consuming but what about meat…

Anytime I ate anything cold or like a meat stick I got sick every time. Thankfully she out now and I can have cold cuts again. I hate warm meat that was once cold.

I ate what I wanted minus raw food and I was fine the percentage is so low for it all enjoy food while you can lol!

I didn’t know this was a thing until after I gave birth, but I’d ask your doctor, better to be safe. I’m sure these things are said for a reason.

I’ve always eaten jerky and ate cold lunch meat. I just make sure everything is fresher
