Any advice on encouraging dilation? I'm aiming for a VBAC and my doctor wants me to dilate to pretty much as far as I can on my own before we induce. But with it being a VBAC the sooner the better especially with my blood pressure problems this pregnancy. I have been walking every day as much as I can. Sex is not an option for me since I am single and not about a booty call. Maybe TMI but I have been masturbating because for me it orgasms cause contractions. I know that semen is what helps you dilate with sex but I figured contractions can't hurt. Any food or tea that can help? Preferably something you can get at Wal-Mart but I will take online suggestions too.

I broke down at my moms house today ... because of the debt we owe and Passover is coming and it’s a very expensive holiday ... it was just way too much .... my mom i guess told my brother that I’m suffering and he called me over and asked me why i didn’t just ask for help, and offered to help when i need it . And gave me basically 4K to help for the month and if i need more to ask ... now one thing about me , is that i will suffer silently and won’t ask for help.... I’ve always been that way. Deff thankful for my family atm. I will start to do eBay too . I have stuff i can sell... anything to help out alittle help my husband ... whatever i can do.

Idk what to do at this point. I'm hurting a lot I have so much pain and pressure in my vagina and ass. My back is hurting me and I'm having contractions every 2-3 minutes. Everytime I go to the hospital they send me home. I'm in so much pain I'm crying with full blown tears now. I can not take it anymore my next appointment is Wednesday and my due date is Saturday. I am 3cm dilated but I know I'm dilated further now. They still won't admit me into the hospital I can not take this pain anymore. Plus because of my slightly tilted uterus so it would be hard for my water to break on its own. Help me?
