Does EPO or raspberry leaf help with dilation or cervix ripening? I have an appointment on Wednesday and my doctor said if my cervix is ripe she’ll set an induction date for next week

Had my cervix checked (at hospital) on Sunday 1cm dilated.... go today my doc says I’m not dilated at all . Ummmmmmmmm 🤷🏾♀️

I have an appt to check my baby's growth and check my cervix today. I'm at risk for preterm labor and was wondering when they check my cervix through ultrasound if they can see if I'm dilated or anything like that?

@blessed.mommy, thank you 🙏🏽 I have some EPO capsules that I was debating on using. I suck at swallowing pills so I was going to do them vaginally (tmi sorry) but I’ve read some people had gotten an infection that way so I wasn’t sure
