Drink mothers milk tea! Two to three cups a day! Once at every meal! Pump 1-2 times between those meals for 10 mins otherwise it won't work properly.

Yes! Start drinking mother's milk tea (walmart) and eat lots of oatmeal...feed your baby every 2-3 hours then pump immediately after for 15-20mins on each breast...your milk will increase dramatically! My sis is a lactaion specialist and she helped me to fill up 2 freezers worth of milk! Let me know if you need more help or info 😊😀

Breast pump covered by insurance I've already done what I needed to find out what type of pump I get covered through insurance. It turns out, with my insurance, I can't even get my pump shipped to me until I call them with all the birth details of my baby. So...wth am I supposed to do having a baby and no pump?! I plan to pump exclusively and this REALLY throws a wrench in my plans.
