@courtniek98x I got ibs so my food system is messed right up so wat dont works for some people work for me lol xx

It was making mine worse I was gutted lol Greek yogurt really helped mine x

I've not had that it's seems to cure mine lol x

Milk actually makes heartburn worse. It reacts with stomach acid x
