Is his stomach hard? Maybe he has trapped gas? Is it after he eats? If you breastfeed maybe there is something that is upsetting his stomach or if you bottle feed it could be the formula you are using? Just throwing out ideas

I agree with @kj713love, does he take his bottle? If not, take him to the ER. If you feel like he’s in pain, don’t risk it, and listen to your heart.
