Help guys! What is this?? Weird sores on the bottom of his feet

It’s on both feet @starting_over39, it doesn’t hurt him, if I rub on them he doesn’t even notice!! So strange hey??

Never seen that before unless he stepped on a hard toy or something hot.. I have no idea
