they say tight bras will help dry you up but no thats a lie...i leak through 2 bras and a tshirt like what is this

I just wore a sports bra that was one size too small and i was completely dried up in 42 hours.
i wear a regular bra and a sports bra over it and put ice packs on each boob.
Don't wear too tight because you could get a clog, mastitis etc. Wear a sports bra and use cold cabbage or ice packs. The leaking is necessary evil.
Plus they make your boobs hurt so much more!. I leaked for nursing pads, my bra, and my shirt every night. I was terrified on going anywhere because I leaked so bad. I pumped and only get 2-4oz from each boob.
where the hell do I get a nursing bra when I can barley find a normal bra to fit me😡
Bras for the Busty?
So I started out as a 34 DDD and am now at a 40 DDD not bc I need a bigger band but bc it's impossible to find larger cup sizes with smaller band sizes. Today I noticed I am now getting too big for the bras I have! NOOOOOOOO!!!!! The only time I ordered a bra online, it looked like an old torpedo bra from the 1950s. Not cute. Where do my fellow busty ladies buy their bras? Maternity/nursing bras?
