For a while my weight has been taking a big part of me but lately I notice it's getting worse I'm so uncomfortable with myself I don't want to go out anywhere because I don't feel like myself anymore I'm just really insecure and I been trying to lose the weight but I always lose motivation. So my question is what did you ladies do to lose weight?
I would love to hear your stories ❤
I felt the most depressed with my 2nd and 3rd kid I gained up to 60 lbs. it was depressing to go shopping for Bigger clothes, my sister in law had the NERVE to hand me her old XXL clothes in a bag because she lost MASSIVE weight after I pooped my baby out. Like is this a compliment or an insult!? How fucking Rude! But karmas a bitch because I’m back to normal weight again and she blew up! Lol...260 lbs and all. She’s always been jealous of me so...it sucks. But I didn’t fully start focusing on losing weight til I was completely done with breastfeeding. I don’t eat past 5-6pm, I drink 1-2 liters of water a day, and I just stay away from fast food and bad snacks. Eat more greens, and veggies. I simply cut out rice and eat more salads to lose weight. GOODLUCK u could totally do this. And just know the first 2-3 months is usually the hardest in my opinion. U just have to stay consistent everyday. I don’t really start seeing a difference til After the 2nd month.
I'm having problems staying motivated too. I'll work out and eat healthy for weeks then just loose all of my desire to do anything and just quit.
Exorcise and most important eat healthy!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
I just went cold turkey. Stop drinking soda. An eating junk food. I started a workout called Insanity. An trust me it works. Crazy cardio. But it works.
