Mommas I am having SEVERE heartburn, do you mommas have any remedies to help?! I've tried the milk and it hasn't helped at all and Tums make me nauseous 😭

Try a spoon full of mustard I know it sounds gross but don't taste it take it like cough meds and give it a few it'll go a way

@mshep7217 i used to do a capfull and just chug something flavored after words and as long as I didnt brearh between the vinegar and pop I was good. But vinegar neutralizes any acid

@mshep7217, I know the feeling girl! I had terrible acid reflux, and heartburn that felt like fire last night, and Pepcid was the only thing that gave me relief! 😩
