That’s crazy.. something my job will do.. they are always fussing about what we aren’t doing right or are not enough instead of giving us the praise we deserve

I had to stop working in the facilities because I found myself going to the hospital to much because it was to much pressure on me. I started doing homecare and that worked out so much better because you only have 1 person to take care of instead of 15 people

Right.. but most of the time here home health doesn’t pay as much as the nursing home unless u get someone who is paying private pay and pay u a decent amount

At my nursing home the nurses give you a lighter assignment or we send you out on appointments with 1 person. Don't be afraid to ask for help. Your health and your baby's health comes first so don't strain yourself.

Try calling up homecare agencies and compare their pay rates with what ur getting now. Maybe that's what u need cuz being a CNA is hard work and you guys are sooooo unapporeciated. Good luck though. I hope u find something a little better.
