How do I maintain a pregnancy without hurting myself or the baby? My son is 1. Will it hurt the baby if I lift him and stuff?
I carrry my 20lbs all the time.
I got pregnant with my son when my daughter was 3 months old. I carried her, groceries, diaperbag, worked out, kept house, walked, basically everything I did before kids with both pregnancies. They're a year and 6 days apart.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!

I will be 41 :/
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Is it recommended no but like other moms say don’t push it or strain. As long as it’s not hurting you. The baby is in a water sack swimming my son will climb all over me. I’m 28 weeks I swear the already are kicking eachother! The only thing when lifting is keeping good posture, hard but your core is important you don’t want to damage it more than it already is stretching
