I tried inserting them and honestly had zero change. What did work for me was getting a membrane sweep at 41 weeks.

@toshagager We been doing it every night and mostly in the morning before he leaves going too work.

@sjo1 See I had asked my doctor can I have my membranes strip and she was like just try those evening primrose oil pills.

@daddysangel24 to me it was girl! I had my Dr strip my membranes as soon as I turned 38 weeks and both times sent me into labor in 72hrs!

yeah you like cut them open and it's suppose to soften your cervix BUT I personally don't think it's worth the mess nor struggle to go out buy them and insert them. It did nothing for me lol

Surprised a doctor told you that... It's not a bad thing but I've never heard of them suggesting anything but natural things like sex and walking. I used them to soften my cervix. Not sure they really worked but I only did it because I researched it.

I know you put them in your vag to soften your cervix
