How you mommy’s save enough money to buy a house ? A down payment is like 30k or more on some of these house I’m in New York . My anxiety acts up just thinking about it . I’ll never own a house if we don’t come up with that kind of money ever . Houses are so expensive I don’t know how you guys do it . I get nervous thinking about moving into an apartment let alone a house plus furniture etc. I feel like I’m so behind I’m almost 27 and is just going to move out the first time in My life in the summer . It feels like I’ll never be an adult and buy a house . My husband and I did everything backwards had kids , moved in then got married.

We're working on our credit, paying down student loan debt, then save money for a down payment on a home. My hopes are to be out of this city before my oldest is in kindergarten
