Yes I understand where you are coming from...thats how it feels for me this time as well. First time I got it, i wouldn't feel like I had anyhting in placed. Yes girl voice your concerns. I do shoot. Lol I was going almost every week or 2 weeks to the maternal fetal specialist but now I'm going every 3 weeks. I don't go again till march 5th. If baby stays put Monday lol

@mommyof3kiddos, they gave me one with coincides with my dates (last period) which I think is correct because its the date I got and track everything LOL! Then the sate according to the CRL but I have talk babies LOL! All my bubbas have been tall although I have los Papp-a so Im just going with early august LOL! Not even thinking about actual dates LOL!

@memybumpandi why haven't they been able to give you a set date?

Early August they have given me multiple dates LOL!

@mommyof3kiddos, its a protein associated with growth. My I had if during my last pregnancy. Although I miscarried she was tall for her age and the Papp-A had no affect according to the postmortem. So I’m on low dose aspirin to avoid pre-eclampsia.

My last cerclage, I forgot it was in most days I felt nothing. But this time, since my growth spurt I am aware of it.

I have a scan tomorrow so I will bombard them with questions then LOL!

@memybumpandi I would feel it a bit when I got the cerclage at first but now it's like full blown pressure since about a week or so ago. This was in this pregnancy last time I didn't have this. It's okay, it doesn't bother me. I wished someone would give me advice or tell me their experience.

@mommyof3kiddos, did this happen later or have you always felt it? Sorry for the questions but you are the first person I have come across that is on the same situation LOL!

@memybumpandi I feel.pressure but not exactly just there. I feel like my area is going to fall off. It hurts to walk this time around

@memybumpandi with my daughter it was the emergency cerclage places at 20 something week can't really remember but with this baby it's the preventative cerclage got it at 13 weeks. Yeah some Drs prescribe all the other medications so you don't have contractions (makena injections) or to get your cervix stronger (progesterone pills). Good luck to you as well. We all know it's a wild ride. Lol

@superchilledmom yeah next time ask Dr about all these. They truly help. I made it to 39 weeks probably would have gone to 40 weeks but I get c sections due to my first c section...ive I would have been on the app I probably would have given you advice. It's rare to come across someone with one or has gone through one. That's what happened to me with my daughter almaot 2 years ago. No one knew what it was or even heard of it.

@mommyof3kiddos, it so good to finally meet other mums with cerclage in place!!

My last one was a rescue and I still went into labour 7 weeks later. But this was nice and early.

@mommyof3kiddos, all I had was the cerclage nothing else and no bed rest... if I were on bed rest at 32 weeks I prob would of make it full term but now I know for next time😁

@superchilledmom with my daughter i was on bedrest, cerclage, progesterone orally and vaginally pills, plus the makena shots. I think that's why I went full term. With this pregnancy I was just on makena shots weekly I get my last one on Friday. No bed rest nor progesterone.

@memybumpandi you shouldn't have any difficulties getting it removed but there has been incident where I've read that sometimes it's a little rough. Don't worry time will go by fast. Lol

Oh my goodness!!! How exciting!! Cant wait to get to this stage!!! I had mine put in at 10 weeks, Im hoping its not too hard to takeout when the time comes!! Good luck!!

You didn't get the makena shots? With my previous pregnancy I didn't have any issues at all. I didn't feel a thing when they took it out. And still went full term. With this pregnancy I shall find out Monday. Lol I have a feeling I won't make it to 39 weeks. I've been feeling soooo much pressure and pains. 😔

@mommyof3kiddos, im glad tho because mine was horrible.. I mean putting it was a breeze and it was also a breeze through my pregnancy it was when they were removing it omg it was hell... but that was only because I was already dilating and every time I dilated the cerclage went in deeper... the actual birth was a breeze compared to the removal of the cerclage🙄 but I will still get it again every time💕 SOOOO WORTH IT💓

@superchilledmom did you get yours removed at 36 weeks?

@superchilledmom with my previous pregnancy it was a breeze. With this pregnancy ugh lol I feel way more pressure than i did last time. Im so ready to get it out!
