So my god daughter says she hates being an only child because it's lonely I'm like what you can have whatever you want and not have to share and you complaining she said you just don't get it what's not to get she only 8

Will I get another ultrasound before she is born ? I'm 31 weeks .. I have only had 2 ultrasounds 😔

@breezy81516 yeah she said she lonely but her mom puts her in activities where she can be around other kids and plus she go to school so she has. The interaction and yeah she do be lonely sometimes

@tyrellp yeah I did too and I always you to wish to know what it's like to be the only child but now I see it's not that great for a child

@superchilledmom did you also love to make friends wherever you go or is that just a child thing I mean I think we can come up with ways to keep her occupied so she doesn't notice but weekends are hard because there is no school or activities

@superchilledmom yeah she does but her mom doesn't want her to be so use to going places that she can't be okay with being at home by herself

@terresa.nash, its a balance... Eventually I adapted when I was alone and now as a grown person I love being alone at times but the companion is much much needed too! She is a kid she should get together with them especially if she feels lonely at least from time to time you know

@superchilledmom yeah I know what you mean I guess when I really think about it kids need interaction with other kids to grow I guess I just like being alone so I tell her its nothing wrong with it then she be like can't you play with me or her mom and Im like for a little bit don't want to blur the lines of her listening verses seeing me as a play mate

@terresa.nash, that makes sense but its different for us because we are grown and we can cope with being alone kids are different... she might love being alone in the future.. I hate ppl sometimes lmao I love it😹

I was an Only child until the age of 12 when my mother had twins. I hated having siblings lol. When my parents would talk about giving me siblings I would ask if I could have a dog instead. I guess I loved all the attention I got as an only child. . .But everyone is different. 🤷🏻♀️
