My friends who had twins had mom pretending to throw up in the toilet while dad had a hand on her back in support and giving a thumbs up smiling real big with the caption "were pregnant" , then in the second pic she held a sign that said "with twins!" and he was then pretending to throw up and she was smiling lol

Throw like a reveal but with out the gender part just for the family. Or do a few family photos those are always great too.
