@chesscalouise some people have told me they do it before and some after , the health visitor said she used to do it after x

Ah I think different areas are told different thing iv always gave it about 5 minutes before so it gets a chance to start working x@natalie.louise89

Give calpol every 4-6 hours with needles I give it 5 minutes before they get it done and then every 4 hours just to keep on top of it xx @natalie.louise89
