Help! Anyone else gone through this?! Every time I have to puke, sneeze, cough, or laugh, I feel a leakage going on down there and it’s so annoying and embarrassing 🤦🏻♀️😫😣 almost six months pregnant and this little guy is kicking my butt!!

Totally normal, I have it all the time literally pee comes out when I cough, sneeze, laugh or if I don’t make it to a bathroom in time 😭 but I get where you’re coming from it’s embarrassing!
@preciouslove, Omg yesterday morning I was so sick and I had the bathroom bucket next to me I had to puke and I guess from my stomach squeezing I legit leaked lmfao it was awful then I sneezed three times and I just started laughing at how awful it was this sucks I’m like jesusssssssss I saw a video of women that still had the same issue after birth too and it worries me 😫 #firsttimemommy

I went through it with my first pregnancy. Iy was horrible. I changed my underwear atleast 3 times a day. Lol 😂 but yea it was definitely annoying and embarrassing
