I told my job so late. I work in a school & in a group home. I told the group home when I was about 20 weeks & the school like 2 weeks ago 😂🤷🏼‍♀️

I would just be straight up and tell them you're pregnant and you don't want your hours cut for that reason. Seeing as youre going to have a baby, they should be understanding cause hours = money and we all know babies cost money lol

I work for a family operated business. The mother is the founder, father is the HR and the son is one of the clients. We have 2 other superiors to go to as well.. my boss (the founder) is very fond of me so far.

@brianamestichelli whenever you feel like, you're still pretty early along 😊 I would just talk to your manager or someone of management. I just feel like it's a respect thing for whenever you may take maternity leave or be out after you have the baby so they have someone to fill your spot for time being or whatever the case may be.

I worked at a school as a personal aide with kids whom had disabilities like adha, autism, etc. When i got hired i knew i was pregnant like 6 months prego but wasnt really showing. So once they officially hired me i told them the same day. Because they cant fire you then, it would ve discrimination
