This is my dinner tonight.... chicken covered in sweet baby rays bbq sauce and baked, mashed potatoes and chicken gravy, steamed corn with some butter. Accompanied by water it was a great meal. Trying to decide if I have a protein shake for my evening snack later or chocolate almond crunch halo top.
