Is it normal to be so emotional after having your baby?? I just sat in the car and cried and idk why like it was real…

@bwjones6, It gets better. You have these massive amounts of hormones building for 10 months while you’re pregnant, that all of a sudden aren’t needed anymore. It’s kind of like a sugar crash after eating too much candy

I still try to make it a habit of calling my mother once of week. Doesn't have to be about problems. Just to chat is good.

@lizibear84 WOW. Yes that sounds like how I'm feeling emotionally. No one has ever explained to me the emotions you go through after birth. I wasn't expecting this honestly. I expected the emotions during pregnancy but not now

@bwjones6, I literally broke down hysterical in Target a week after my son was born because my $ total was less than I thought it was going to be and I still had time to get a coffee

@cbrebelkat I wish I could talk to my husband but he will never understand. He does give me a little break to run out for a bit but I never let him see crying because he wouldn't understand why. Wow 3 months smh

@bwjones6 I think it depends on the person and situation. It helps if u have someone to talk to and some one to give u a little break once in a while. I'd say it lasts about 3 months on average tho, cus newborns need a ton of mommy time.
