So I took extra strength Tylenol but didn't think to check if its okay while pregnant. Is that safe while pregnant.?

Drink plenty of water I took two my first time without asking and haven't done it again. Doctor let me hear my babies heart with the doppler and we're all good.

You are also allowed to take Benadryl. Almost everything else should be stayed away from though. The list of things we can take doesn't get broader until the 3rd trimester and not by much lol.

You are allowed two 250mg Tylenol or one 500mg extra strength. I spoke with my doctor about this today because of my pregnancy rhinitis.

Tylenol is safe, yes. Ibuprofen, Advil, and aleve are not.
