Tylenol is safe, yes. Ibuprofen, Advil, and aleve are not.

You are allowed two 250mg Tylenol or one 500mg extra strength. I spoke with my doctor about this today because of my pregnancy rhinitis.

You are also allowed to take Benadryl. Almost everything else should be stayed away from though. The list of things we can take doesn't get broader until the 3rd trimester and not by much lol.

Drink plenty of water I took two my first time without asking and haven't done it again. Doctor let me hear my babies heart with the doppler and we're all good.

@queen_mommy97 you should be fine, drink plenty of water and yeah call your doctor just to let them know. Stay hydrated and it'll go right out of your system lol.
