Went shopping today at Morrisons and pound land. God the pain I'm in now is mad my back, pelvis and the tops of my legs are killing me 😫😫 I hope this is normal xx

@rosieposie2626, also I found hot water bottle helpful and maybe ask someone to rub your back with some muscle rub xx

I'm going to even if it hurts to get in and out of the bath now xx

Towards the end usually is, take it easy hun have a nice relaxing soak in the bath xx
