Ovulation is 12-16 days before your period.

No ovulation is the day or 2 where your egg releases. You baby dance up until that day and on it to get pregnant. Then you start your 2 week wait to see if you are pregnant or start your period. You period can be delayed from stress also.

@jr1465 you can baby dance any time you choose too but that doesn't mean you've ovulated. Are you using ovulation predictor kits or opks?

@jr1465 you should use opks to get an accurate reading so you know when you're about to ovulate and are actually ovulating.
