Not to say that I don’t feel like a mom yet, but when you have a baby in the NICU it’s hard to have that feeling that she “needs me”. I only change some of her diapers. I only get to do some of her feedings. But last night, after her 9:00 feeding, I put her down in her NICU crib and she cried and cried. As soon as I picked her up she immediately stopped crying and started falling asleep. THAT made me feel like her mommy. finally 💕👶🏼
