Currently feeling extremely hungry tried to eat a little just to put something on my tummy, drank a little water immediately threw up ... any advice?

I made Gatorade ice and eventually found I could only eat between like 6-9 pm i ended up losing 30 pounds the first trimester. Into my 3rd now and have got that plus 20 back. Everyone is different and you just have to find what's best for you.
Awe sorry girl. I had morning sickness for the first 5 months. Popsicles really helped me!
Probably I was kind of hoping I could get a sense of being kinda full I’m only 9weeks but my baby is soooo greedy ... but yes I have morning sickness regular, but not always in the morning and also not every single day but since Valentine’s Day it’s been pretty consistent
You might be able to keep those down. 🤞🏻 nausea from morning sickness?
