anyone have any good ways to teach 3 month old to self sooth? has self soothing worked for you? is there a age to start to teach? she gets so tired that i constantly need to rock her to sleep, if i put her down to self sooth she just cries and cries until i pick her up. I'm a first time mom!

@preciouslove, yes but it never helps she just cries and it comes out of her mouth

@addisonsmommi how about a swing or a bouncer? You can sleep her in there my second son used to sleep in his bouncer that's the only way he would sleep comfortable and not cry constantly I would just put it on low vibrate
