Okay I have a question.
When my daughter was bornmy husband signed the both certificate, and he is listed as the father. And steps up as the father.
But there is a possibility that someone else could be the father. He keeps saying she's his but won't step up doesn't want anything do with her etc.
And I doubt she is his. We only had sex once and it didn't add up.
(We have an open marriage and my husband is aware)
So my question is... Can he go to the courts and demand a DNA test? Even though someone else is already listed as the father?

@jmilanes3 oh, he won't get any kind of custody. He's a child molester. I learned about this after I slept with him.

@madisonmommy318 It all depends on the laws there where you're from- but in the state of Ohio yes... If someone believes they're the father they can demand a DNA test... But this can add up with Court cost- so it depends if he has the money to go forward that far.... Both of my aunt's are attorneys so I have a little knowledge in that field.
