Not my cup of tea I guess. My fiance has actually asked me to go to male strip clubs, like he really wants me to go, but I'm too awkward for that shit. Lol
Also when I see a mom breastfeeding I don't see it sexually at all. My husband has grabbed my breast in a sexual matter and it doesn't bother me. You have to be able to separate the actions. It may just be me though.

Honestly since I've been breastfeeding they aren't sexual. I weaned a month ago and I still don't let my husband touch them during foreplay 🤷
